Ive bought boots, wich were teared later due to manufacturing defect. Ive sent shoes to Sam Edelman, it took 3.5 (!) months to investigate and make a conclusion that its a manufacturing defect. But nobody refunding my money! They are asking me to go to Klarna/Shopify to get my money, because I used Klarna as a method of payment. Really?! How Klarna/Shopify can even deal with me about defective shoes? They are dealing only with sellers

Non-existent customer service

I placed an order on January 24th, 2024, Once I received the email I noticed that my phone had autocorrected the city and immediately attempted to try and either cancel the order or get in touch with customer service. After realizing that cancelling the order was impossible, I then attempted calling the customer service number.

No matter how many times I called the number listed on their website, numerous of times with zero success. I then proceeded to use the customer service email provided. Their website states that they will respond in 23 days, at this point 5 days have already passed and there has been no response. After no such luck with the email, I attempted to get in touch via their Instagram account, once again, no answer.

My shoes that I ordered will now be delivered to a complete stranger who I hope is at least honest and will not accept the package.

Otherwise I will be at a loss of a few hundred dollars simply because Sam Edelman refuses to actually assist their customers when needed. This company clearly does not care about the customer.

I am a South African based customer. I have been trying to place an oder. After my South African address the system tells me that you ship to the US only. How do I then order from South Africa. Or doesvit mean that South Africans cant order from you? Please assist.

I bought a pair of long boots during the Black Friday sale and wanted to return them. When I went to the website they provided for return (either Happy Returns or Mail through FedEx), I couldn't initiate a return because it said "sale is still processing" many days after I received the boots.

I emailed them asking for their advertised easy way of return through Happy Returns, so I can drop them off at Staples 2 blocks away from my home. However, they initiated the return on their end not using Happy Returns, but through FedEx. They emailed me the return label in a separate email that went into my spam and took me ages to find. Then I had to carry the boots in a huge box and drop them off at FedEx 3 miles from my home.

Throughout the email correspondence, it took them ages to respond to every one of my emails, and I have never been able to initiate a return on my end because it still says "sale is processing" right now (more than 30 days after I placed the order).

I've always loved their shoes, but their return process was almost like a scam. I'll treat every online order as non-refundable because it was such a painful experience.

I ordered a shoe that clearly from website looked different in person! I wanted a return and got a rude manager Jacob who wouldnt even let me tell my story. He treated me as if I wanted to go trough the trouble of returning a shoe and the inconvenience of it all for no reason! Basically calling me a liar. This website states that if you are completely unsatisfied with any order you may return for 100% refunds. This is clearly NOT the case ! These shoes did not even feel comfortable at all they hurt when I first put them on. Horrible shoes and even worse management here!!

I could not receive the package at the original shipping address and asked to redirect new shipping address, they said that they do not have ability to do that. It was inconvenience and my package will be going back to the shipper.

I wanted to return a pair of penny tall leather boots,which were to large. Called customer service to order a return label by mail, as I don't have a printer to make one.was sent directions on how to print label.I called back same day with same request and was told one outdoor be mailed out. Waited a week, no label,called a third time to inquire about label and was informed it hadn't been mailed,but was told they would follow through with the request. About an hour later I received another email on how to print return label.called back second time,and my phone number can't be picked up by their customer service phone number, I've been blocked. So now I'm out approximately $163.00 which has been charged to my Visa card,and have possession of a pair of boots I can't wear. This is the most pathetic customer service dept. I bought 3 pairs of shoes I never received, contact customer service and they said I should wait for an email, then they said I should report to fedex and open an investigation, then they said I should wait a few days, then they said they could send me the shoes again, then they said they can't send me the shoes and that nobody could have offered me a replacement, even though the call was recorded and that was what they offered me, then fedex says I can't open research and that Sam edelman should do it ... Sam edelman says no, that I should do it with fedex. Conclusion Sam Edelman the worst place to buy, they have stolen my $ 300 dollars. It's been more than days and I never received any other updates from Sam Edelman.
